1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using the 9club platform in any way, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out on this page. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of our platform.

Access to the9club platform is limited to individuals who meet the following requirements:

  • Aged 18 or above at the time of registration.
  • A resident or user accessing the platform from Malaysia.
  • Not prohibited by any applicable law or local regulation from using online betting or entertainment services.
  • Register as an individual — registration on behalf of a company or third party is not permitted.

9club reserves the right to request identity verification or supporting documents at any time to confirm user eligibility. Accounts that are unable to verify their eligibility will be suspended until the matter is resolved.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 9club platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any existing balances. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. 9club will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

Prohibited Use

Users are prohibited from using the 9club platform for fraudulent activities, money laundering, assisting others in abusing the system, or any activity that violates Malaysian law. The use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action.

3. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 9club platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and belongs to them. Using another person's bank account or digital wallet to make deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited.

Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX, TNG eWallet, and other local methods listed on the platform. Deposits are typically processed within minutes, while withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the chosen method and any required verification steps.

9club reserves the right to withhold or suspend any withdrawal that requires further verification related to identity confirmation, unmet promotional rollover conditions, or suspected fraudulent activity. Users will be notified via email or in-platform message if their withdrawal is delayed.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are as specified in the platform's deposit section and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to check the latest information before making any transaction.

4. Account Suspension and Closure Policy

Temporary Suspension

9club reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, identity verification requests remain unresolved, terms of use have been violated, or a complaint is under investigation. During the suspension period, users will be unable to access their account, make deposits, or make withdrawals.

Permanent Account Closure

An account may be permanently closed without prior warning under the following circumstances: confirmed fraud, duplicate account registration, promotion abuse, access by underage users, or serious violations of these terms. If an account is closed for valid reasons, any balance that has not met rollover requirements may not be returned.

Account Closure by User Request

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the 9club customer support team. Any eligible balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all applicable conditions have been met.

5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Liability Limits

9club is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, service interruptions, technical errors, or game outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no guarantee that the service will be continuously available, error-free, or fully meet user expectations.

9club's maximum liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 9club platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 9club and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The 9club platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. 9club is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Accessing any external website is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Right to Amend Terms

9club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are responsible for checking this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

Continued use of the 9club platform after updated terms have been posted constitutes acceptance of those new terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you are required to stop using the platform and close your account.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels, and where necessary, through the appropriate Malaysian courts.
